Delivery Policy
Dispatch times (when items are sent) are guaranteed to be next working day at the latest. The only exception to this would be where circumstances beyond
our control (i.e. holidays affecting the operation of the postal service etc.) prevent us from doing so. However, we'll always endeavour to dispatch
orders by the next working day.
Delivery time itself is not guaranteed, as it depends on where in the United States (or the world) you are located. However, please note all domestic
U.S. mail will be sent by Priority Mail and there will also be proof of delivery once delivered to you. Insurance is also included. We take good care of
our customers!
Returns Policy
We test every single card before dispatch - and that's a promise! So if you receive any cards that are genuinely faulty when you
open the envelope, we WILL replace it without hassle. However, please e-mail us first: we will ask you to perform one or two tests
to make sure you have the right software etc. on your card before confirming that it's faulty.
We keep records of all our sales, so all our customers will be protected by this guarantee - don't worry. Just send us an e-mail
(please give us one, maximum two, working days to respond, although we are usually very fast within 12 hours) and we'll get to
work helping you fix your problem. Your satisfaction is our pursuit - not sales or profits. We love our DS's too!
Terms and Conditions
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to abide by these terms and conditions, and not up to this store to enforce.
When purchasing products from this store, the customer agrees that goods purchased from this store will not be used by themselves or their subsequent
end-users for any illegal means, including but not limited to copyright infringement and fraud. It is legal to use DS adapters for a variety of purposes
including playing homebrew games and listening to music on DS consoles.
Any breach of the above forfeits any customer's right to support or ability to purchase in the future from this store.
