Loading Problem?

The majority of problems experienced by customers who cannot get their card to work (or experience a "Loading" error or similar) can be put down to software - in fact, approximately 90% of the time, reformatting the Micro-SD card and putting the software on the card correctly can fix this problem!

First, download and use the PANASONIC SD FORMATTER (click link) and format your Micro-SD card while attached to your computer.

Then, download the right software for your card from our Downloads page. Please remember that we can only support cards that were bought from DSCardWorld, and we strictly do not supply or deal with fake / clone cards. Always make sure you have the genuine article!

Finally, you can compare the files on your Micro-SD card (after unzipping them) with the images below to make sure that you have the files installed correctly. Make sure that they look exactly as they do below!
