R4 SDHC Background
A notable deficiency of the original R4 Revolution card was that it did not support SDHC for the Nintendo DS Lite. A new card came out, the R4 SDHC which filled that gap, and to date, it is the most cloned card on the market. The R4 SDHC comes in nearly identical packaging to the R4 Revolution card with a substantial black slipcase box, a pearlescent finish usb adapter, and a silicone padded plastic case.
For the Nintendo DS Lite generation of consoles, the R4 SDHC quickly overtook the popular of the first R4 card after its developer team disbanded. Please note, the R4 SDHC will not work on Nintendo DSi or the Nintendo DSi XL, but is fully backwards compatible with the Nintendo DS original, and the Nintendo DS Lite.
Using the R4 SDHC
The interface of the R4 SDHC is identical to the R4 Revolution with a games list, media, and boot slot-2 device button. Set up is simple and the manufacturer is quite active in releasing updates. There should be few problems with compatibility.
