Hello all, For the last few weeks DSCardWorld has not been accepting orders as we have been doing a stock-take as well as taking a look at some of our cards for potential replacement coming up to Spring. We are proud to announce that we are now back open for business with a couple [...] The latest roll-out of 3DS firmware updates has just hit us. A few cards still have yet to fix it, but we do have a confirmed list of cards. Essentially, anything that supported 3DS v3.0.0.5 will work with no problems. As always, do not update your 3DS, or keep the wifi switch turned off, until [...] For all current cards on the market, many will load on the new 3DS console, but will only support play of backed up NDS/DSi games. Up to now, 3DS support was expected eventually, but no concrete evidence of progress has been reported. That changed earlier this week as a new development team announced that they [...] The biggest news in Nintendo Handheld is without a doubt the large, pre-mature price drop of the 3DS. The reasons and speculations surrounding the fate of the Nintendo 3DS are explored elsewhere. We’re here to discuss the placation gifts Nintendo has created for those of us who purchased the 3DS at “full price.” Now, we [...] If you own an EZFlash Vi, then there is now a fix out for the DSi v1.4.3 firmware update. As usual it is a .nds fix file loaded from the games menu, so hopefully you haven’t update your DSi yet, or you have access to an alternative DS console. The update might be in response to the 3DS’s 2.1.0.3 update (making both consoles compatible with each other) or it could just be another patch that temporarily disables homebrew applications. Regardless, we recommend that you do not update your [...] The biggest news with the Nintendo 3DS has been undoubtedly the V2.0.0-2X firmware update. This brought with it many planned features for the 3DS, including the eShop. This update of course blocked all cards, and some of them have yet to release proper fixes for it. Of far less attention was the firmware update that [...] Update 29/Jun/11: The postal strike is now over. However, there are large backlogs of post to Canada, and lots of post sent now will either be severely delayed or lost. We will wait a few days (until 2/3 July) before sending our outstanding Canadian orders, to make sure they get to our customers safely. [...] |
